Does every pot have drainage?
Yes. Every pot in the range has a drainage hole built into the base of the design, not drilled in afterwards.
Does it come with a saucer?
Mini Up pots include a saucer. Other ranges have matching saucers available as an add-on. Check the product page for sizing.
How do I know what size to get?
Measure your nursery pot’s diameter and go one size up. As a rule of thumb, a 2–4cm gap between the nursery pot and the new pot gives roots room without swamping them in extra soil. The size guide on the home page does the sums for you.
Where are your pots made?
We design every shape ourselves and make each order in Australia, so your pot is made after you order it.
Where do you ship?
Australia-wide. Orders are packed in cream or kraft boxes with protective padding.
What if it arrives damaged?
Contact us with a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll send a replacement.
Can I return a pot I don’t love?
Yes, within 30 days, unused and in its original packaging. Get in touch and we’ll sort the return. This is on top of your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
